***How do I update my credit card?

The Internet Embroidery Club's annual subscription renewal is right around the corner.  In order to assure access to the new year's embroidery designs please make sure your credit card information is updated. Please follow these instructions:

  1. First login by visiting http://embroidery.marthapullen.com/user/login.  Insert your username or email address along with your password.
  2. Select the "Update Your Account " link on the left-hand corner of the page directly below the header "My Account." 
  3. On your account page, you will see four tabs directly below your username.  Please select the "Recurring Fees" tab. 
  4. The "Recurring Fees" tab will show a link on the right hand side named "Update Payment Information." 

Selecting this link will allow you to update your credit card information and save it for future purchases.

***How do I cancel my auto-renewal?

The Internet Embroidery Club's annual subscription renewal is right around the corner.  If you wish to cancel before the new year's embroidery designs please follow these instructions.

  1. Please first login by visiting http://embroidery.marthapullen.com/user/login.  Insert your username or email address along with your password. 
  2. Select the "Update Your Account " link on the left-hand corner of the page directly below the header "My Account." 
  3. On your account page, you will see four tabs directly below your username.  Please select the "Recurring Fees" tab. 
  4. The "Recurring Fees" tab will show a link on the far right hand side named "cancel." 

Selecting this option will cancel your auto-renewal.  

1. What is the Internet Embroidery Club?

The Internet Embroidery Club (IEC) is a calendar year membership (January through December) providing embroidery designs of the highest quality for members to download to their own computers. When you join prior years' memberships, you will be able to download all the designs (January through December) of the calendar year for which you join.

2. I am having trouble logging in - please help!

In order to log in, you need to visit http://embroidery.marthapullen.com/user/login and enter:

1. Your username OR email address (Note: Sometimes your username and email are the same)

2. Password  (Forgot your password?  Click on the "Forgot Password" tab on the login page.)

The site has been through several different versions since it was initially launched, and this version makes it as easy as possible to log in with any account credentials you have ever used on the site.  Your store.marthapullen.com login will not work on this site You must use the login you have used on http://iec.marthapullen.com in the past If you did not have an account on that site, you will have to create a new account on the Register tab .

3. How do I download my design files?

4. Where are the designs that I have previously purchased?

All designs you have ever purchased will appear on your "My Downloads" page.  There will be a link to this in the brown navigation bar after you log into your account.  All previous purchases on the old site were brought into the site.  If for any reason there are designs you feel are missing, please send an email to webhelp@marthapullen.com and provide your username, your email (at least one) and the years you had access to on the old site.  It's possible you may have had more than one account on the old site, and your other designs are under a separate account.

5. Where can I send questions about my account?

6. How do I purchase an Internet Embroidery Club membership with this new site?

This new site allows you to purchase your memberships directly on the site and get instant access to your designs!  (The old site required purchases to be made through the MPC store and a small waiting period while your account was created.)

7. Are purchases made through this site secure?
Yes, this site conforms to SSL security standards. Please note that your full credit card number is never stored on our servers. For added security, our employees never have access to your full credit card number.

8. When will I receive my new designs as part of my IEC membership?
When new monthly designs are released (usually on the 1st and 15th of each month), you will receive an email notification.  If you do not receive this email, please check your spam filter. If you are still having trouble, please send an email to webhelp@mathapullen.com

9. What is the recurring charge I will see as part of my IEC membership?

Being part of the Internet Embroidery Club now means you'll be signed up to receive each year's new membership without having to do anything.  You will automatically receive the same price you signed up at for all new years - your price will never go up!  We will also send out an email two weeks before you will be charged letting you know that the next year's session is almost ready, and giving you time to cancel.  You can cancel this immediately after purchase if you would like to avoid being charged again next year (see the next question).  If you cancel, you will still receive all monthly designs for the IEC membership you purchased.

10. How do I cancel the recurring charge I will see as part of my IEC membership?
In order to cancel your recurring payment and never be charged again, go to the "My Account" page in the upper righthand corner while logged in.  From there, click on the "Recurring Fees" tab.  Note that you will be subject to any future price increases for the Internet Embroidery Club if you decide to purchase a future year's membership.

11. What will the price of the recurring charge I will see as part of my IEC membership be?

You will always be charged for the new year's membership subscription at the price you originally signed up for, regardless of the current price.  To see your membership price, go to the "My Account" page in the upper righthand corner while logged in.  From there, click on the "Recurring Fees" tab.

12. If I cancel my membership, will I still receive future monthly designs for my IEC membership?

Yes, once you purchase an IEC annual membership, you are entitled to all designs for that year's membership, including future monthly designs that have not yet been released.  You will always have access to these designs through the site in your account. Canceling your membership does not change that.  It will only mean you will not receive access to next year's IEC memberships unless you make another purchase of next year's membership.

13. Can I get a refund if I want to cancel my subscription?

Because of the digital nature of these products, which can be downloaded and kept forever immediately after you purchase, we cannot offer refunds after purchase.  If you are having any problems with your designs, we will work with you to ensure that you have working design files. 

14. How can I see what designs I'm getting in my membership?
Go to any IEC Annual Collection page to see all designs included in that year's membership.  Click on the individual groups to see all designs within that group.

15. How can I change my email address or password?
Log into your account and go to the "My Account" link in the upper righthand corner of the site.  Click on the "Edit" tab and make your changes there.
